However, the party’s primary industries spokesman Richard ‘Dick’ Prosser message is essentially the same – a NZ First anti-Chinese rant. Prosser claimed China’s “threatened” action against access to its market for NZ dairy, wool and kiwifruit was a warning to the whole primary sector against too much dependency on China. Dopey Dick then implored NZ primary producers and exporters to build new partnerships with other countries to lessen our dependency on the whims of one major buyer. A mate of the Hound suggests one such new country could be “Wogistan”, of which Prosser once claimed intimate knowledge.
